Money magazine just came out with their new best places to live list. Franklin Township is #5. If you go to money.com there's some info and good stats.

I saw that in Money too...but I have lived there (very briefly) in the past - I had friends who lived there for quite some time. On the plus side you can get a nice townhouse pretty cheap there. It was a bit "removed" from the areas I had to get too and the traffic could be bad at times. There is diversity, and while that is good, it can also lead to lots of problems. We're not the "melting pot" we think we are in America. The schools, if that is a concern of yours, are really not all that good. My friends who lived there much longer than I did ended up selling and moving right before their child entered Kindergarten.

I rented in Society Hill and I have to tell you, the crowd was so bad that I never even used our pool... but that was just my story, I'm sure there are many others.
