I always tell people I can handle the cold better than the heat, by stating "You can pile on all the warm clothes you need, but you can only take so much off before you're arrested." Most people chuckle

But that's mostly what it is - just dressing warm/eating the right foods to fuel and warm the body.

I'm a fall/spring gal myself. I can't take heat! Or worse yet..HUMIDITY! My hair has been matted to my head this week...can't be a true Jersey Girl with matted hair!
