The cost of a well and septic? (Buena, Mays Landing: how much, to buy)

Would anyone know about how much it would cost to have a well and septic put in? Probably either in Mays Landing or Buena.

I'm trying to figure out if it would be cheaper to buy a fixer upper or have a small modular erected.

Depends in the depth to water for the well, and the soil conditions for the septic. The well will likely be $5-8k, and the septic could be in the $15-20k range.
