How do I advertise FSBO Maryland property to BRAC relo folks? (condo, relocating)

I'm about 20 minutes from APG in Cecil County Maryland and I'd like to advertise my acreage, post and beam converted barn, building lot and my personal waterfront condo (as an owner not a realtor) to those who may be relocating under the BRAC program. Is there a newsletter or website or something where I could do this? May thanks for any help you may offer.

If people are RELO they are almost 99.9999% always working with a Realtor and not likely to have much time to deal with chasing around looking for FSBO's. The thing you are looking for is called the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
