Presidential Apartments Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Fort Lee apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com

Really bad news unfortunately. I went there a few weeks back when apt searching and almost went for it -- before we did some research. (See link above.)

While we were there looking, the refurbed apartments looked fine, but the halls are dark as coal and there were fire alarms going off - just the lights, not the alarm. The elevators weren't working properly and the staff seemed indifferent. There was an apparent leak in a wall that apparently goes down along that whole side of the building according to the reviews.

Despite the fancy promotional video, too many things didn't add up for us. I would definitely advise you to stay away. In that price range, you'll find something much better. We did.

Default Prospect towers in hackensack (310 prospect ave)

Hi, has anyone lived here? Positive/negative experiences? It's one of the few pet-friendly apartment complexes in the area.

Thanks!

Default thanks

Michael, thanks for the information...I actually visited the place and it is definitely not what I am looking for. It was nothing like the pictures in the video or on the website.
