I suggest you try contacting your Township construction official. They would be familiar with contractors that offer what you seek and might be willing to share a few names of those they have found to be qualified.
Or not.
Before moving down here I did the same thing and was told they weren't allowed to do that
the best modular home builder in ocean county is premier modular homes, llc. i've been following them for about 5 years in and around the LBI area and the homes they complete are beautiful. their reputation, from what i've heard around long beach island and inland areas, proceeds them. i believe they have a office located route 9 near staffordville, nj, about 7 minutes from the LBI bridge. i followed some homes on their site and they are looking beautiful, my wife and i are planning a beachfront as soon as we decide on the start date with them. good luck with your project and remember to find a builder you can trust with and office!

I've heard good things about them too. And Staffordville is all but 2 minutes from West Creek.
The owners seem like people, however, I had a house priced out from them but they were more expensive than some other turnkey prices that I received. I will most likely go with Zarrilli Homes in the distant future.
Modular homes - Im reading up on these and finding out they are not worth buying over existing homes. Prices go down on them, High Labor costs, etc. Am I correct on this? At this point, I do not see why anyone would by a modular over existing home? Existing home or modular on land? - Yahoo! Answers
If you decided to move, can you just pick up the entire modular home and move it to another location? Is that why people by them? Or once they are put down the first time, thats it - cant be moved?
try calling Miller Homes, LLC 609-296-0052 I hear they do a fantastic job with modulars
