I was wondering if any one new of a winter rental Sept to Begining/ mid June, in Point Pleasant beach (school year). We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom @ about $1200 or under a month. Any help would be appreciated.
Is your last name Cairns????? Reason I ask is because I live with a Cairns. I've only ever seen this name over here once before..it's usually spelled kearns.
The website above is pretty good. I have also used craigslist.com and apartments.com with much success. Also calling a realtor down there will be of great assistance even if you do not end up using them as they can tell you what to expect price wise and home wise.

A Cairns from Edinburgh Scotland! We had a Cairns family that lived down the road but they moved out before we moved in. Here's the wierd part.. my Cairns Grandmother and Grandfather were both Cairns before they got married....no blood relation. Popular name in Scotland but here it's usually spelled kearns. great name
