I'm considering renting a townhouse in River Renaissance in East Rutherford. My concern: This is *right* on the Passaic River, which I fear means I'll be subjected to flooding. Does anyone know if this is a bad area for flooding?? (arounf River St/Carlton Ave)
I've been poking around various FEMA sites most of the evening, but either my computer can't hadnle these maps, or they're just not very user-friendly. I'm worried about making a big mistake!
