Question for tommyc
I have someone interested in my house but they are asking how much it would cost to change the inground pool from vinyl to concrete? They have dogs...
The pool size is 20 x 40 and I think 4 down to 7-feet deep. Rough idea?

Hmmm, I don't deal much with pools except for the pretty stones that surround the pools. What would dogs have to do with it...their claws could rip the vinyl, is that why? I think there is some kind of spray-on stuff...gunnite? that could be sprayed on an existing pool. Not sure though. A pool company would have a MUCH more insightful response, I assure you! LOL.

I did, but I could only see your listing in the "old" version of realtor.com that another person posted. Therefore the photos were small. The new Realtor.com apparently does NOT work for me, because when I used your link it brought me to a page with JC listings But from what I could tell you did a nice job on the pavers...did you do it alone?

Had a helper bringing the bricks over and I did every cut by hand..one at a time! The ones around the circle kits were brutal! I know now to wear gloves next time... hit a few banks after I was done as I had no finger prints left
