Horrible....only a 3rd degree charge! The problem is ANIMALS HAVE NO RIGHTS! We need to figure out a way to get this done, City and Statewide! I am going to write some letters and work on it. There are too many animals being euthenized in kill shelters everday because of a woman and other people like her! There is no deterant for these creeps. A slap on the wrist just does not cut it....sorry! They just go back and do it again, but careful next time not to get caught!
Case in point...years ago when they had a rapist on the lose and they finally caught him...they tied one leg to a volkswagen and the other to another one and drove the cars in separate directions....rapes went down to zero! Now that guy got put away for good and did not cost taxpayers a cent!

Again, truly, what do we expect... Child molesters get 5-7 yrs on average and they are the least reformable criminals whose crimes tend to get worse each time. And our legal system has no problem with the fact that they have ****ed up a child for life and letting them out to do it again and again. Our legal system is a J-O-K-E.

Sounds good in a vengeful sort of way but realistically I would much prefer citizens having both the right and the upper hand in protecting themselves in a proactive manner, not be at the mercy of the police catching someone (or not catching them) after they've made some poor citizen a crime victim. Possibly a dead crime victim.

I haven't been in the forum for the last week (extremely busy at work) but felt compelled to respond to this thread, in spite of the lack of time I have. It's that important to me. I would like to have five minutes alone in a room with the son of a ***** who did this act. I won't elaborate any further.
