So how many times did you BBQ this summer? Since I bought my first grill, I on average BBQ 2x a week. Our best dinners are on the BBQ. I purchased a Weber grill that uses propane to ignite the charcoal. Charcoal taste is amazing. I plan on continuing to BBQ thru winter as now I can never go back to my indoor George Forman Grill.

Once per week this Summer on Saturdays only. Can't get the energy to clean the grill on Sunday nights.

There is no cleaning really on my grill. I just run the bristle brush along the grate. Ashes get caught in a pan underneath. I emptied the pan only once this summer.

We BBQ (propane) at least 4x's a week. Sure beats heating up the oven (and the house) in the summer! We use our BBQ in the winter a lot too (when the temp is above 32). We shovel the path to the BBQ before we shovel the driveway

We cook outside several days a week. When it snows I clear a path on the deck to the grill and move the grill close to the sliding door.

I agree, I went back to charcoal this summer myself for slow cooks such as ribs, pulled pork,brisket..you cant beat it [except for smoking] get yourself the webber split cooking crate that allows you to lift two edges of the crate to add more coal and flavored wood chips without disturbing the meat.I throw quik crap like burgers and dogs on the gas grill.

It came with a crate that allows to lift two sides of it. I actually had bought hickory wood chips back in June. Never used them yet since food tastes so amazing just with the charcoal. I will have to try it soon though. It takes 3 minutes to get the charcoal going and about 20 minutes more for charcoal to turn white and start cooking. So overall time is 25 minutes, place food on grill, cooking around 350/400 degrees for about 10 min tops. Taste is superb. Never was a fan of charcoal because of the work of getting it lit, but this grill eliminates it by using gas. Now, Im hooked. Best purchase I made all summer.
