Is there any parking at the NJTransit Princeton Junction station on a weekday around noon to 2 PM? If not, is Hamilton a good option?

Hamilton is a much better option, new parking garage. PJ is a mess for parking.

Thanks. I usually travel on weekends from PJ, so parking's not an issue at that time, and didn't know Hamilton built a parking garage. That makes it easy.

If you want to park at Hamilton every day then you should get a permit. There is a waiting list for one of these. Best to get it now while you can! Before they built the parking deck there was no available parking at Hamilton, either... just as bad a PJ.

I am also looking for parking at princeton between 3 pm to 7pm ( Mon. and Tues.) only. Is it possible to get daily parking at princeton?

There is a remote chance that you would get a day spot at the Princeton Jct Station in the late afternoon. Lots 1 and 7 fill up fast in the am (the only daily lots) and some of these spots become available in the late pm.

It would be a good idea to call the parking authority and ask about your chances (609) 799-3130.

Here is the site-

First time to Princeton Jct Station need to pick someone up tomorrow at 2:00pm. Do they allow stopping to wait for someone for about 15 to 20mins? Of course, I would remain in car.

Yes, not a problem to wait. You won't wait in the parking lot, just pull up at the entrance road and you'll see other cars waiting.
