I'm sorry. I have had my share of aggravations myself especially given I was learning while I was coping.

Hope things work out. I know that doesn't help much but you gotta think that things will get better or you'll be miserable.

Oh, I close in 10 days, I'm just annoyed at not having my questions answered, and when I make simple requests, she either pushes back and/or questions why I'm making a request.

If this was Ebay, WOULD NOT BUY FROM AGAIN

Oh I know those. Prior to the one mentioned in my post, I had one who after showing me 5 homes was wondering why I wasnt ready to make an offer. She was pushy in her own way and although seemed very nice, I felt like a burden whenever I asked her something. Once she said, "So what's the issue? What's taking you so long to make an offer?" That's when I knew I was done with her. Made me appreciate my current agent SO much more.

Jillian, you're in EB? Where were you eight weeks ago? I coulda used someone like you... hahahahaha

The problem is/was, I found an agent I liked, but she was based out of Atlantic County and I didn't want her traversing all over the state for me.

How I wound up with my current agent was very... weird.

Amen! and btw I am not an agent, broker, not married to one, but did deal with a home sale last year as this iceberg was beginning to upend. Sure glad I am out of the market. Never hurts to practice good manners.

For the record, great screen name, and now I'm distracted by visions of shiny silver suits.

Thanks but I admire her "adapability". Move along with any notions of beauty here. Here is a bit of trivia, off topic for a moment. If Jerry Ryan's husband the former Senator I believe had not a particular fetish he would not have been beaten by a new face called Obama. Oh yes we will be assimilated. Ok hijack over.

It sounds like you have a great agent. That said, IMO, she should be sending you the thank you note/gift.
