Did anyone elses Homeowner's Ins. go up this year? Makes no sense to me... I thought our house values were going in the toilet! I'll have to call State Farm and find out what the scoop is... I'm at 1150!

457,600 dwelling
45,760 extension???
343,200 personal property????
500K personal liability?
5000 medical payment to others?
Oh and 10K for fungus/mold

all with a $500 deductible. And all of these supposedly discounted because I have 5 vehicles with them as well.

Might be time to shop around!

I had a feeling . They are great by the way... you limit is multiplied by the number of years you have been insured with them..did you know that? So if you have 500K coverage.. multiply it by the number of years and this is your coverage!!! I should sign up with them as well... have to renew my NJBIA membership first.

Wow, mine is $888 a year and I live in Tornado Alley! You need a new insurance company.

I think so too... I see a "new" Hurricane endorsement. I don't think NW NJ has ever had a hurricane!!! Perhaps I'm being asked to pay for those who live down south!
