Are they right on this? I really don't want to get too involved, but it would be nice to see this scumbag go down for scamming people out of their money for counterfeit goods.

My hubby bought on E-bay "gently worn" superman pjs for my nephew... yuck. When they came, they were covered in those bally pills. I was furious b/c I wouldn't even donate something like hat to the poor and we paid for it.

Hubby emailed the seller and and they took them back for full refund.

No I personally would not buy gently worn clothes as a gift but I guess they were the only superman pajamas he could find. I went and bought the kid a 3 pack of Superman underwear and you'd think I gave him gold.

I've done really well with e-bay but I'm VERY picky.

I got burnt a few times. I only buy if its from a non-smoking home - I got screwed w/ that once and got my $ back.
