Ok..just signed the contract! The closing date is Nov. 7th!!!!!! I'm actually shooting for Halloween because that is the day we closed on the house when we bought it : ))) The heartburn has set in!!! I think I just grew a dozen more grey hairs ; ))
Good Morning...still waiting for the offer to come thru - seems the buyers have to get a new pre-qual. letter? Realtor for seller said she is heading to the local bank this AM to get that and then she will be sending it over this morning...

Not exactly what I would have liked but I'm not going to play games in this market! Listed at 550K.... offer came in at 500K...I went back at 525K offered a few extras... he came back at 510K and doesn't want the extras - I said "we have a deal"

$15k less then what price point? On a $500k house it's not much but on a $200k house it is.
