Just thought I'd let you know about this, I just recieved this e-mail from CCFC:

CCFC's Director, psychologist Susan Linn, will be giving a book talk at the Clinton Elementary School in Maplewood on Tuesday October 14th. Her first book, Consuming Kids: The Hostile Takeover of Childhood was praised in publications as diverse as The Wall Street Journal and Mother Jones and helped launch the movement to reclaim childhood from corporate marketers. Don't miss this opportunity to hear her discuss her new book The Case for Make Believe: Saving Play in a Commercialized World and to learn more about CCFC's important work. This talk is free and open to the public, so please help us grow our movement by letting friends and family know about this great event.
When: Tuesday October 14, 7:30PM
Where: Clinton Elementary School Auditorium
27 Berkshire Road, Maplewood

Thanks for this. I went to Clinton School. It just might be an excuse to go back and look at the old place.
