I wouldn't take this as being racist. The person wants to move where people of the same culture, background, beliefs, religion, etc will be living.

I would say Lodi is a good place. JK

There's also Netcong in Morris County - "Little Italia of the Northwest". Train staion in town as well.

I agree...

As Other said look at CedarGrove, Caldwells and Wyckoff
some other suggestions are Franklin Lakes, Saddle River, Hillsdale, Mahwah and parts of Wayne
