My parents and I are interested in moving to Northern New Jersey but don't know where would be best. Below are what we are looking for in an area and recommendations would be welcomed.
1) Mostly white area - high Italian population best
2) Family friendly area
3) Easy access to NYC
4) Very safe area - low crime
5) High income area
Also, let me know if you know any gated communities in the areas you recommend.
Thanks
There's also Netcong in Morris County - "Little Italia of the Northwest". Train staion in town as well.
I wouldn't take this as being racist. The person wants to move where people of the same culture, background, beliefs, religion, etc will be living.
I agree...
As Other said look at CedarGrove, Caldwells and Wyckoff
some other suggestions are Franklin Lakes, Saddle River, Hillsdale, Mahwah and parts of Wayne
