My parents and I are interested in moving to Northern New Jersey but don't know where would be best. Below are what we are looking for in an area and recommendations would be welcomed.

1) Mostly white area - high Italian population best
2) Family friendly area
3) Easy access to NYC
4) Very safe area - low crime
5) High income area

Also, let me know if you know any gated communities in the areas you recommend.

Thanks

That is all I will say on that one, as not a good idea to use race as a defining factor in a public forum, and I will not even discuss it in private.

It can be read that way, but I take it as honest; instead of using some "code" to get to the same place.

Would it be racist if someone asked for a town with a large black, hispanic, or Indian population?
