The house is in Stewartsville-Greenwich - Warren Co. Taxes on this puppy will be around 6400/yr. Not bad for new const. in NJ.
The field behind the house is subdivided and slated for million dollar homes ... but the builder told me he doesn't plan on starting any new const. for at least 5 to 10 yrs. And when he does start..it'll be at the far end of my lot. So until then..it's all mine..lol : )))
I think your safe. The idea of the million plus mcmansions is going to be a thing of the past. I'd be worried about the squatters from Wall Street.

I think it's recessed so you can sit around the ledge and have your feet dangle in the pit. It would be cool to have it be a fire pit in the fall and a fountain /mister in the summer. OK, now get to work on that
