I lived in Hoboken for YEARS with no problems from neighbors. My boyfriend and I decided to move out to the suburbs to get away from all the traffic and noise and we ended up finding ourselves in a nightmare! We moved to "Glen Ridge Gardens" in Bloomfield, NJ. They advertise as "luxury apartments" but they are nothing of the sort. The doors to the building do not close and are left open over night. The hallways are filled with bugs and garbage and are NEVER cleaned. Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate. My neighbor thinks it's a great idea to blast his music until 4:30am Thursday-Sunday. The landlord is nowhere to be found and does not turn his cell phone on or return messages. I have never lived in such a mismanaged apartment complex and I am so happy that my lease ends soon!!It is a nightmare!!

I urge anyone looking for an apartment to avoid Glen Ridge Gardens at all costs! There are several apartments available now and it's clear why. Biggest mistake I ever made!!
