Don't even...I notice he conveniently picks and chooses what pics he posts. Always seems to pick the best ones from Philly magazine or whatever but then makes a halfhearted attempt at the Cherry Hill ones.
No kidding. And he ignores the normalized comparison of what you get for your money, PA versus NJ. The averages mean nothing since there are structural differences in the composition of housing. It is what you get for the money, not how much it costs. The PA burbs offer little high density or lower income housing since it is all in Philly. In NJ, they build homes for all incomes partly due to state affordable housing law and high property tax.
