The altitude difference definetly plays a part in it. If your training has remained basically the same from 2 years ago, it could have to do with age as well. As I have learned, I need to adjust my training as I get older.

Gf's parents house, like we have for the last several years.... maybe stopping by my aunts house on the way home.

The reasoning? Her mom is an AMAZING cook. We spend Christmas (after the morning) with my parents, wherever that might end up being.
