When I lived in Pa Wegmand cost way more than the other stores but 30% would be great.....They used to have triple coupons in Pa I got alot of freebies that way......
I would say that Shoprite is the cheapest of the three, then Pathmark/Stop and Shop and then Wegmans (most expensive than the other 3 but still good prices). I think A&P is the most expensive.
I've never seen a Food Basics.
I REALLY wish we had a SUPER Walmart here in Central Jersey. The bigger Targets have good prices on groceries too.
is Wegmans cheaper in price than ShopRite or Stop&Shop?
On some products they are less expensive, on others they are not.
They have superior QUALITY products in their produce, fish, bakery, cheese & meat departments.
I'm not certain, but I believe Wegmans has a price match policy. You might want to call them and ask. They also have a large selection of store brand products that are as good as the name brands. My kids like their cereals as much as the big name cereals, and they are about half the price.
