The library (both branches) are very nice, well equipped too.

How would you communte to NYC from Sayreville/East Brunswick? East Brunswick folks commute from Tower Center using the bus, but it is very slow and often takes forever to get to the bus station from Route 18. You might want an opinion from a person who commutes regularly about this. Also Eats Brunswick taxes are fairly high (they have a wonderful library though and good schools).

somerset / franklin township is another good option. lots of nice houses in that range. lots of land to go with them.
