Does anyone read or post comments on NJ.com? Some of the stuff there is the biggest unintentional comedy ever, and some (most) of the stuff there is the worst of the worst of internet trolling.
It's a lot more civil here. I wonder if the Ledger realizing some of the hate mongering that happens on their website.
Those comments are comic relief. Just when I thought my life and job search was sucking big time, I jump on there to see the dregs of humanity.
The best are the people who blame any sort of murder or salacious crime on Cory Booker's safe streets program, even if the murder was nowhere near the Newark area.

I like the ones that blame illegals for everything....
Starbucks closing down? Damn illegals taking all the jobs, making respectable Starbucks pay too much for workers!
An accountant embezzled funds from a company? Damn illegal cheap labor! Made that guy steal just to survive!
Everything can be blamed on illegals, apparently. Except when, of course, they are working for the person making the comments. Then its just smart to hire them. You know, because of the economy.
nj.com is owned by AdvanceNet...lol if you think the Jersey Forums are a hoot you should check out NOLA.com. (advanenet as well)...gets down right nasty. I visit their crime & safety forum before any trip to New Orleans to see just how bad it's become

It always seems to be the usual suspects that post on that forum. The predictability is just through the roof. I can see an article and know that somewhere within the first few people there's going to be a recognizable login spewing the same stuff.
I read the Manalapan Board every once in a while but don't post. And Yes I do know people that are posting on there. Their board is 90% local politics, and its crooked as can be!
I used to post there when I lived there and first moved. I decided it wasn't a good thing. Those boards are not moderated!
Check out the Youth Sports forums. Most posts are ok, but you will have the looneys mixed in there. ON THE YOUTH SPORTS FORUM!!!!
