I have read many posts on here over the past few weeks. We are a married couple with a 17month old daughter. We have been looking at Millburn, maplewood, summit and Chatham. We seem to really like Summit. After reading many of the posts I am still a bit confused. We like a home in Summit which falls into the Jefferson School. From the posts I see that this area is identified as "East summit" can someone clarify about this area? It looks beautiful and the homes are priced, high 500's- 600's at least the ones that we've liked. Is it not good to buy over here? Also from what I have researched online and all the Jersey Ed websites, Jefferson is a Blue Ribbon School. Okay any advice, suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
