Recommendations for hotels (pet friendly) on Rte. 287 in NJ (we usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express/Haskell but it's booked solid. Also, checked the Sheraton in Mahwah and it's booked for our dates (September 19th for one night).

Are we supposed to guess where you would like to be staying close to? 287 is quite a lengthy highway that traverses quite a number of towns. Also an idea as to what your budget is would help, and if there are specific amenities you are looking for.

There are several hotels in the Parsippany area, where 287 crosses Route 80. Sheraton, Embassy Suites, and Holiday Inn spring to mind.

Those two hotels/towns are far apart. Where are you going, looking to be, etc.? Also, those two hotels are very different.
