Brighton ~$375-400k ~$360- 380k
Devonshire ~$450-500k ~$400k

Both models come with: 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, den, loft, fireplace

Devonshire has a small basement and a 1 car garage. Prices are down, but million dollar question is

"What is the real value?" To get an idea, I wanted to look at recent sales.

Check out Zillow.com for recent sales data, not sure how recent you're talking about but Zillow has past sales history for many properties.

Is Zillow all that accurate? Also, is there any website where I can find recent sales data?

Zillow tends to be accurate about last sale prices and way off regarding "Zestimates" or guesses as to current value of a property. The problem is that Zillow is accurate but not always timely. It depends on when they got their last data feed from the municipality. The same is true of us Realtors & our databases, though we also have the ability to search our MLS, so the only ones we might miss would be sales that happen without any real estate agent involvment. The best way to get the true & correct data would be to go to the municipality yourself. Depending on the municipality, they might be able to give you recent sales, or you might have to comb through the entire neighborhood one property at a time to find the last sale dates.

My brother checked them out - be sure you know what you're getting. The majority of the amenities are paid for separately. This includes parking, iirc.

What amenities are you talking about? Condo fee is $255/ mo and as far as I know you get two spots to park.
