I have been searching for answers to this but I can't seem to figure it out. i am moving to Edgewater,NJ in two weeks. I am trying to figure out how to get to and from NYC after 1am. Where in Edgewater do these buses pick up? I see they go to Ft Lee and WeeHawken. Do they go to Edgewater? I am scared of getting stuck with a $60.00 Cab ride home to test it. Please let me know! Thanks!
if you can afford to live in edgewater, you can afford the 60 bucks...all jokes aside, if worst came to worst you could always take a bus to boulevard east and 60th and catch a cab down the hill...i'm not sure where in ny you can catch the edgewater bus, aside from the one coming from wash heights, which i think is safe to say is not where you will be coming from
They run up and down Anderson Avenue. When you see one, just flag it down...well actually you have to be at a NJ Transit bus stop or else it will pass you (I learn that lesson the hard way!).
Thanks so much! Can someone tell me how far Anderson Avenue is From the Avalon Building which is off of River Road? I am so sorry to be such a pain but I am moving there in like 3 weeks and I am a nervous wreck. The leasing people seem to know nothing of NYC so, it would be awesome help. Coming from San Francisco and I am used to be in the City with 24 hour Transit options., So this is very helpful. Thanks guys, I really appreciate it.
i'm not sure that those are the same ones that go up and down river road tho...your best bet is to catch the bus to NY on river road and simply ask the driver or another passenger where you can catch it coming back and how often they run
I got the NJ transit schedules, but they do not run 24 hours. They only run until 12:30AM. I need to know what other buses that do run 24 hours! Thanks though.
