Ok well, head to Myrtle Beach........that was the temp here today......with a mild breeze.......But, thanks for the back home warning. I had to tell the Pet Nanny for the feral cats not to go to our NEPA home during the ice storm. She'd really get stuck.

Unhappy No snow???

What's the deal? No snow in Cream Ridge. I baked a cake, made a pasta dinner and sipped Frangelica. I'm up to my ears in milk n' bread. I was all ready to hunker down and watch the beauty of nature.

I think I'll moon my neighbor instead.

That storm was the one that really finished me off.
I remember it well, without googling. there was one a few days later too.

Even worse was the flooding a week or so later from the torrential rains, blocked sewers and the melting 3 feet of snow.

Not Tonight, Tornado warning in Georgia. We had rain all day in the high 40s, just a few days ago it was in the 70s, but that has always been common here.

Mike:
THAT was the storm that I decided I was moving to San Francisco. That was ALSO the storm where I was stuck in Manhattan for 2 or 3 days (Remember Gov. Christie Todd-Whitman closed the turnpike and parkway)

That was also the storm where I fell and broke my tailbone on Lexington and 79th and people walked around me. I felt like a bug who couldn't get up.

I left for California April 1st 1997...oh well...I came back, LOL!

heh - that storm - I had been dating my boyfriend for 2 weeks and ended up snowed in after a date with him and his family for a week. 11 months later I married him.
