I don't know them all, but Mount Laurel Crossing might be the best of the lot. It's a newer community and in a good location with great access to shopping and the major roads - 295/73/70/38 and NJTP.

Good luck.

Mount Laurel Crossing is probably the "best" out of the bunch, while Alison Apts are probably the best bang for your buck. My gf currently lives there and she is paying under $900 for a 1br w/ heat included and the apt was just re-done so its nice inside.

Many of the apts you mentioned have been discussed before. Check out these threads:

Default Consider Buying

With rates so low, perhaps you might even consider buying a townhome or condo? There are some high quality condos (i.e., Chanticler in Cherry Hill; Lakeview in Marlton) that have garages. In this climate, I would recommend an attached garage. Lakeview is near Rt 70 and therefore I-295 and the NJ Tnkpe. Chanticler is about five to 10 minutes from I-295.

Otherwise, you might look to rent in those areas. But, I would look into an attached garage.

Good luck
