I just looked through my arsenal of supplies and didn't see it. Must have used it up, but it was a windex type of bottle with clear liquid in it, and it was safe to use around pets.
omg ewwwwww Wiley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you poor thing....
It gives me the shivers..................................
Aren't those usually out in the summer?? You would think everything is cold and frozen and the bugs travel South for the winter!!Where the hell did it come from?wtf!
I remember one in Plymouth. I asked my husband what it was and he said don't step on it, it's a stink bug! LMAO! I had never heard that term until a few years ago.
No advice here sister. I hate all bugs..Do exterminators come in the winter????
Everything I have read so far claims that they come into the home in the fall to hibernate. You're supposed to spray the outside of your house in the fall to keep them out... had I known, I would have done that but now they are coming down to get the heat I guess?

Well I had never seen one before in my lifetime until I moved out this way...closer to the PA border! Our attic is loaded with them and now they seem to be coming into the living areas thru the recessed lights and ceiling fans in the bathrooms. Any suggestions for exterminating them?
See the link below. Sounds like it's not going to be a quick and easy process now that they're in the house in large quantities, but it's fixable.
I found that one earlier as well... Looks like spraying that powder in the attic and the liquid stuff for the living areas is the best option. Thanks Bob
I've got these little bastards in my attic so I guess I'll be spreading some powder up there for them... Funny, I've actually noticed a smell even though I usually crunch them pretty good. They're more of an annoyance than anything.

DONT CRUNCH THEM!!!! The odor can last up to 6 months . B&C just went up in the attic with a 1/2 full bottle of water - hand picked up the little bastids and put them in the jar... they are sailing down into our septic tank as we speak
I can't stand these stink bugs anymore. I never saw one in my life in Monmouth County, my family that still lives there thinks I'm crazy and they don't understand it. They have never seen one! They are coming into my house in droves, and I have no choice but to crush them and febreeze the area immediately. I sealed my house tight and they are still coming in. I actually hate living here in Hunterdon County because of these bugs.
My neighbors told me that they go away in winter- not true. Fall was terrible but winter is here and they are still coming in. Why are there no news articles about the explosion of these bugs over the last few years? I've been told that these bugs weren't here just a few years ago, now they are everywhere. Do they have any natural predators?
If this stinkbug problem doesn't go away, I'm going to move out of this area.
