Are we for running red lights?? They should also have cameras for idiots running through stop signs, yield signs and for the tailgating morons that wantonly and wrecklessly endanger the safety and lives of fellow commuters. NJ drivers are the worst!

Yes, along with cameras in your kitchen to make sure you recycle and in your bathroom to make sure you brush your teeth before bed.
I thought photos need to show the driver as well as the car in order to proof who was driving. How could the accomplish that? 1 camera in the back and 1 in front?
They already started here. They are pretty cool looking. The ones here are a bright neon blue light connected high above the traffic signal. Ok, the blue light is only on when the red light is. When it turns green the blue light goes off. What this is all about I have nooo idea! There is a big difference in road safety compared to N.J. The roads are much safer here. The big difference here is the delay on the traffic lights. In Jersey you can get killed going thru that 3 second yellow. Here, 12 cars can get thru....a way much safer and longer delay! No red light runners here. On my trip back to Jersey I noticed how dangerous it is to drive there....was a big difference. Alot of street signs here are in a box and light up at night so they are easy to see.
