Townhomes / Single family house in piscataway (Society Hill: pros and cons, live, price)

Hi,

I have looked at some town homes and single family homes in piscataway.
Maple groove, birch glen, star point townhomes are older homes. I could
get home in one of them for $350k. I have seen some independent houses
in piscataway on south washington ave 1hich are <7yrs old for same price.

I want to know which one to consider. Townhome or Single family home or
the one which is youngest in piscataway for that price. What are pros and cons of townhome vs Single family house which is not in community.

I lived in Society Hill, close to Busch campus for several years. If you don't have enough money, it's ok, but obviously a single family home is better. You kinda can hear your neighbors all the time when the houses are all stuck together like in townhomes.
