I watched an episode of Propery Shop on HGTV. Well this couple was trying to sell their house on same horrible gang ridden street. The best part when the one realtor said "Who loses money on real estate?" like it was impossible to happen. hahah.
And the couple selling their house also was like we can't lower our price to less than what we paid for it. OK. And if they still own it they have to be in such worse shape than when this was filmed. Probably forclosed.
