Too true...hence the reason I pay them off then call and tell then to shove it up their arses! It's nice to be in a position where you can do that

You can still sell even after you refi - as long as you don't have the house on the market right now?
I just requested a quote and for a 30-year fixed, it's now 5.424%. Do you have to request a quote every time you need to see what the rates are? I haven't been able to find a page that shows American Federal's rates.

You have to call them or email them. I just used them and they kept to every promise they made!
