Jersey City - Grand and Randolph Street (condos, high crime)

I've been looking at two condos, one is located on Grand and the other on Randolph street.

I know this is the Bergen/Lafayette section of Jersey City.

can anyone give me more information on these specific streets (grand and randolph).

Very rough area, and there isn't very much interesting there. Wouldn't buy there. You can get cheaper condos in nicer areas. Take a look at the "by the numbers" section on nj.com.

Both of those areas are high crime areas, lacking in qualilty of life, wouldn't do it.
