The schools in Fair Lawn are very highly rated. I do not think they have declined a notch. Most of the diversity in Fair Lawn is Caucasian. There are a lot of Russians but the town still has many Italian, Irish non-russian jews in it as well. I would say the town is over 80% White with the rest being asian or latino. Diversity is everywhere now and Fair Lawn being a little more diverse then it was twenty years ago is not a bad thing at all. I would recommend staying away from "old Radburn" very clichy snooty and annoying, I would also stay away from the parts near pathmark there not bad but they are close to the bad parts of Paterson. The rest of the town is great.

Default Schools

Also, about the schools I graduated in 2007 and my gpa was above a 3.0 and I was not even top 50%, right under it. So I would say the schools are pretty good.
