We currently live in the Cliffs lofts and want to get out. We have a 10lb rescued Shih Tzu house broken and awesome! Ultimately we are looking for a brownstone with private access to yard. I have seen a few as a duplex but the area was seedy. Hamilton Park, Paulus Hook those areas seem to be where we are leaning towards. Any advice of you know of anyone? Trying to stay or party town Hoboken but not ruling it out!
