No the peple I saw on Oprah were Americans,,,,the trash that stole jobs are leaving because of the economy and I say good riddance........They stole jobs anyway!

In some areas they are being set up by the government : Fort Lauderdale, Denver, Portland OR. A large tent city is planned for Pinellas County FL, east of Tampa.

Conversely, Nashville is closing (at least one) by June because more public housing will be available. We know that not all of those people will make that change and just move somewhere else.

Tent cities only exist in areas where the government looks the other way and doesn't have these people forcibly removed.

NJ - looks like Cape May Co. was hit the hardest @ $12.4% and Hunterdon Co. the least at 4.7%
