Brunswick Towers Condo - Jersey City???? (purchase, living, costs)

Does anyone have any feedback or information on this living residence? I am looking to purchase a 2bed/2bath Condo this seems like it is in a safe location and near transportation. The maintaince costs seem a bit high but only because there is an indoor pool and gym.

If anyone else has some knowledge on this residence and can provide their insight it would be greatly appreciated!

As a realtor in JC, I can tell you that the Brunswick Towers are great units on a secluded dead end street within walking distance to JSQ.

Right near the intersection between routes 7, 1/9, 1/9 truck, 139 (which feeds into the Holland Tunnel), and Tonnele Avenue.

I'd check for traffic noise ...
