Hi,

Would like to get some information about Brown Street nearby East Boulevard and 45th Street(?).

Is this a safe area/neighborhood? Is it racially/class diverse? Is it residential? Are there stores and public transportation nearby?

I am coming from Staten Island, NY and for the most part, I lived in pretty decent to good neighborhoods and fortunate enough to have lived in diverse neighborhoods.

I plan to check out the neighborhood soon. Looking into buying a condo, that is reasonably priced. Hoping this area in Union City is somewhat similar to what I'm comfortable with.

Any comments, opinions are greatly appreciated!

> Is this a safe area/neighborhood ?

it's the safest section of U.C.

> Is it racially/class diverse ?

yes.

> Is it residential ?

for the most part. there are some doctor's office's around, and some stores on Park Ave, but that's the extent of it.

> Are there stores and public transportation nearby ?

plenty of both. it would help if you spoke/understood spanish

shop around Weehawken, or the Woodcliff section of North Bergen...
