The Meadowlands is extremely difficult to develop. That swamp is very strong. There's a good reason why it's still there. If it were amenable to mass development it would have happened long ago.

They are putting the xanadu (sp) there now a billion dollar boondoggle that the politicians have stolen several 100 million already. Just what we need to do in a recession skiing in the summer.
