Utter waste... who wants to buy when prices are continuing to fall down.

The builder is stupid. He should have sold all his inventory before 2007.

yeah a few months ago ...someone purchased for 599 k...
morons.

i mean considering inflation, the home should have been 450k range. But thanks but no thanks to the capitalism , the builder managed to sell for 600k. I believe in capitalism but most Amerians follow panic buying ....can't help it..moony nation (4th of july).

anyhow, i am not saying that those are the only things to be considered while doing pricing of a home. ..but just wondering what if capitalism was dead -- wouldn't these homes have been still affordable to a good man who has good credit history and deserves to live in a better home when you look at his yearly salary. but the way the home market went since 2000 in NJ is pathetic. also our children can never afford to own a decent home in the future.

i am glad to see realtors sweating these days to make that one sale.

they were not questioning home pricing earlier ..i told one realtor --capitalism is manmade and you have to 'make it happen'. in the past, they were happily making fatter commissions out of large sale price.

even the us government was lame. quality of life has suffered because of recession. it direct opposition to the constitutional freedom.the govt.s could have intervened when property values jumped 50 percent in some cases.

even marxism believes in capital generation even though it says "to each according to his own ability"
i mean, asset (homes) protection is asset creation (capital generation) in a way.

Morons, morons , morons.
