Some of them could be transplants. Is this show filmed in Bergen or Passaic County?

mostly bergen. That's just how they talk up there, I found a couple of their accents as a little unusual. Real jerseyans hardly have accents.

I've always found that Italian Jerseyans usually have stronger accents then the rest of the state's makeup. Were any of these ladies Italian?

And you're wrong.....real Jerseyans do have accents. Living where I live, believe me it's true.

Bravo Tuesday night at 10.

NY accents are out of control like a couple of those ladies, probably carried on from their NY parents or grandparents. Watching these shows u would think Italians are the majority in NJ, the majority don't have (huge) accents and aren't Italians! I'm 1/8 Italian but I 7/8 something else.

The folks that I've spoken to in Franklin Lakes are nervous these women are going to give the town a bad rap...guess we'll just have to watch this season and see!

I don't know, I thought it was nice to see a "Real Housewives of" show where the women were into their kids and families and not just all about themselves for once. Totally blows the OC away where it's all about "what kids? I'm 40 and hot and gonna get some 20-something naked -drunk." Atlanta was/is a joke. NY...always playing some angle to get somewhere. Liking the Jersey so far.

It's filmed in Franklin Lakes and I like it so far. I've missed watching The Sopranos.
