He's been living rent/mortgage free for 8 months on the bank's dime. Sure his credit will be shot but so will a lot of other people. Maybe he did know better?

All he needs now is for Obama to reduce the loan principle for him...

I'm thinking he may have, seeing how he's now written a book about the whole process (from which the article was adapted). Nothing like making some $$ while screwing the banks.

The banks? How about the taxpayers?

What a greedy fool. That guy has one heck of a sense of entitlement. People seem to think they were brought into this world to live the good life, and cannot fathom that they could spend less or live like the "little people".

Unbelievable.

This is why the housing bubble will never come back. Hardworking citizens of Asian countries will never lend money to America for giveaways to greedy fools like this again.
