If you are moving to NJ and looking for a safe town with great school, you will find Durham Woods at Edison is the best now since it is giving out 3 month rent FREE!!!!
Any places provide more than 3 month rent? I would like to hear about.

I've thought the same thing many times. It's like, hey, who doesn't want "great" schools and low crime? My favorite is when they put it in caps:
"We need a place with GREAT schools and low crime."
It's funny what people think they "need" and how they square those "needs" versus what they think other people need ...
