Well the progress in UC coming along just fine. It is not as small as Hoboken so it will take a little longer, but there are new developments popping up left and right. Also Union City has a great tax abatement which really helps out.

Union City will be the next hoboken. Once those taxes become unbearable, with the recession everyone will be headed for the highway. So if you're smart, you might as well mosey on over to union city and earn yourself some equity in the meantime.
