Hi,
We recently saw some new homes, built about 4-5 yrs back, in piscataway, Pinelli Dr Piscataway, NJ. The complex itself was nice, but we weren't sure about the area of piscataway, as i've heard there is a nice side and a bad side. We noticed on one side was centennial ave, office buildings near there and down it was walmart, stop n shop, etc..looked nice. going to the back side of the complex didn't look welcoming. and there were a lot of homes on sale in that complex, could just be becuase it's summer and people are moving while kids are out of school. Just wanted to know if anyone lives there or around it and has any idea on the neighborhood, is it nice, safe?

Thank you.

Birch Glen is a rather large complex in Piscataway that is pretty much self sufficent. There has been debates whether Birch Glen's build quality is up to par or not but I will let you be the judge.

As for the community it really can not be beat. Like I said before it is pretty much self contained due to the number of units in the complex. There are LOTS of children and overall the complex is pretty well upkept. The complex is also pretty well located as you are near the High School, train station, Veterans Park, Mall, and a golf course.

Good luck with your home search!!
